We are happy to deal with any tyre complaints you or your customers may have, please follow the steps set out below:

Before contacting us please fill out the tyre examination form for each complaint tyre, Click Here for Examination Form

Once the form has been completed for each tyre please call us on 0208 569 0090 to arrange collection

We will then arrange collection of the tyre(s) when we are next delviering to you or near you

The tyre(s) will then be returned to the manufacturer for inspection, this is the timely part of the process and can take upto 8 weeks
